Shipping and Returns

All our products are dispatched from the UK.

We aim to dispatch your goods on the same day provided the order was placed before 9:00 (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. Orders received after 9:00 will be sent the next working day.

Any orders received over the weekend or on UK public holidays shall be dispatched the following Monday.

In the event that postal services or our couriers return goods to us as undeliverable for any reason, additional delivery charges may apply to cover the cost of re-delivery. If orders are subsequently cancelled, any refund will have delivery charges deducted.

Delays

Where delays have been caused by events outside our control, we cannot accept any liability for any delays, losses or problems caused.

Your order

When you place an order, we treat it as an offer to buy. We will send an email to confirm your order with your order number, at which point we are making a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary. In which case, we will email you as soon as we can to let you know, and refund any money paid.

If you find it’s not right for you, please send it back to us within 30 days and we will refund your full purchase price.

Please note, all returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, in unopened packaging.
  • Any return postage cost incurred by you is not refundable.

Follow these steps to return your online purchase:

  1. Condition– Your purchase must be in a sellable condition with original packaging and barcode label intact. Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of products that have been opened or used.
  2. Package your return– Please inform us by email within 7 days of receipt that you are sending back the product, quoting your order number. Please return the product within 30 days of receipt to the following address –

  1. When returning your purchase please allow 14 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed or your replacement to be dispatched.
  2.  We will email you to let you know when your refund or your replacement order has been processed. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving your parcel. It may take up to 7 days for the refund to show in your account.
  3. Please note that any items that are returned damaged or used will be denied a refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer.

Refunds on Postage

If we have sent a product in error or it is faulty, damaged, or of unsatisfactory, we will refund the postage and packaging charges you have paid to receive and return that product.
